【摘要】:ThispartofISO14837providesgeneralguidanceonground-bornevibrationgeneratedbytheoperationofrailsystems,andtheresultantground-bornenoiseinbuildings.Itliststhefactorsandparametersthatneedtobetakenintoconsiderationandoffersguidanceonpredictionmethodsappropriateforarangeofcircumstances(e.g.tosupporttheassessmentofeffectsonhumanoccupantsandsensitiveequipmentoroperationsinsidethebuildingsinadditiontothepredictionsrequiredtoassesstheriskofdamagetobuildingstructures).AttentionispaidinthispartofISO14837to?characteristicsofthesource:emission(e.g.train,wheel,rail,track,supportinginfrastructure),?propagationpath:transmission(e.g.groundcondition,distance),and?receivingstructures:immission:(e.g.foundations,formofbuildingconstruction).Theguidancecoversallformsofwheelandrailsystems,fromlight-railtohigh-speedtrainsandfreight.ThispartofISO14837providesguidanceforrailsystemsat-grade,onelevatedstructuresandintunnels.ThispartofISO14837doesnotdealwithvibrationarisingfromtheconstructionandmaintenanceoftherailsystem.Itdoesnotdealwithairbornenoise.Structure-radiatednoisefromelevatedstructures,whichcanhaveasignificantenvironmentalimpact,isalsoexcluded.
