【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinestheprocedurestofulfilthequalityrequirements(qualitycontrol)anddescribesmeasurestoensureadequateconfidencethatthebiofuelspecificationisfulfilled(qualityassurance).ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthewholechain,fromsupplyofrawmaterialstopointofdeliverytotheenduser.Accordingtothemandategivenforthestandardisationwork,thescopeoftheCEN/TC335onlyincludessolidbiofuelsoriginatingfromthefollowingsources:?productsfromagricultureandforestry;?vegetablewastefromagricultureandforestry;?vegetablewastefromthefoodprocessingindustry;?woodwaste,withtheexceptionofwoodwastewhichmaycontainhalogenatedorganiccompoundsorheavymetalasaresultoftreatmentwithwoodpreservativesorcoating,andwhichincludesinparticularsuchwoodwasteoriginatedfromconstructionanddemolitionwaste;?fibrousvegetablewastefromvirginpulpproductionandfromtheproductionofpaperfrompulp,ifitisco-incineratedattheplaceofproductionandheatgeneratedisrecovered;?corkwaste.NOTE1ThequalityassurancesystemsappliedtotheoperationofconversionplantsfuelledbysolidbiofuelsareoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTE2Health,safetyandenvironmentalissuesforsolidbiofuelsareimportantandneedspecialattention,howevertheyareoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTE3Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,demolitionwoodisnotincludedinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Demolitionwoodisdefinedas“usedwoodarisingfromdemolitionofbuildingsorcivilengineeringinstallations”(EN14588:2010,4.52).NOTE4ThebiofuelscoveredbythisEuropeanstandardareidenticaltothefuelsexemptedfromtheDirective2000/76/EC[Article2.2a)fromi)tov)]onincinerationofwaste.NOTE5AquaticbiomassisnotincludedinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.
