【摘要】:Theproceduresoutlinedwillprovidedatathatcanbeusedtoevaluatetherelativeperformanceofwall,floor,androofconstructionsunderconditionsrepresentativeofthosesustainedinactualservicewhensubjectedtoimpactbyaheavybluntobject.SeeTestMethodE661forevaluationoffloorandroofsheathingandPracticeE73forevaluationofrooftrusses.Themethodisintendedtobeappliedtorelativelylightconstruction,including,butnotlimitedto,woodfloorandroofsystems,partitionsframedwithwoodorsteelstuds,steelfloororroofdeckingsystems,steelsidingandwallpanels,orthinconcreteandmasonrywallsorslabsandsimilarassemblies.1.1Thismethodcoversthemeasurementoftherelativeresistanceofwall,floor,androofconstructiontoimpactloading.Thetestisnotapplicabletodoors.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeusedtosetuptherequirementsfortheacceptanceofrollingstockoninfrastructureinthefieldof:-co-ordinationofprotectionprinciplesbetweenpowersupplyandtractionunits,especiallyfaultdiscriminationforshort-circuits;-co-ordinationofinstalledpoweronthelineandpowerdemandofthetrains;-co-ordinationoftractionunitregenerativebrakingandpowersupplyreceptivity;-co-ordinationofharmonicbehaviour.Thisstandarddealswiththedefinitionandqualityrequirementsofthepowersupplyattheinterfacebetweentractionunitandfixedinstallations.Thestandardspecifiestheinterfacebetweenrollingstockandelectricalfixedinstallationsfortraction,intheframe”supplysystem“.TheinteractionbetweenpantographandoverheadlineisdealtwithinEN50367.Theinteractionwithsubsystem“control-command”(especiallysignalling)isnotdealtwithinthestandard.Requirementsaregivenforthefollowingcategoriesofline:-TSIlines(highspeedandconventional),-classicallines.Forclassicallines,values,ifany,aregivenfortheexistingEuropeannetworks.Asetofvaluesisalsospecifiedforthefuturenetwork,whichisnamed”target“network.Thefollowingelectrictractionsystemsareconcerned:-railways;-guidedmasstransportsystemsthatareintegratedwiththerailways;-materialtransportsystemsthatareintegratedwiththerailways.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyretrospectivelytorollingstockalreadyacceptedbyinfrastructuremanagers.However,onnewinfrastructure,existingrollingstockmaybeacceptedbytheinfrastructuremanager,providedthereisanagreement.Informationisgiventothetrainoperatingcompaniesonelectrificationparameterstoenablethemtoconfirmafterconsultationwiththerollingstockmanufacturersthattherewillbenoconsequentialdisturbanceontheelectrificationsystem.
