【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC18033specifiesseveralasymmetricciphers.Thesespecificationsprescribethefunctionalinterfacesandcorrectmethodsofuseofsuchciphersingeneral,aswellastheprecisefunctionalityandciphertextformatforseveralspecificasymmetricciphers(althoughconformingsystemsmaychoosetousealternativeformatsforstoringandtransmittingcipher-texts).Anormativeannex(AnnexA)givesASN.1syntaxforobjectidentifiers,publickeys,andparameterstructurestobeassociatedwiththealgorithmsspecifiedinthispartofISO/IEC18033.However,thesespecificationsdonotprescribeprotocolsforreliablyobtainingapublickey,forproofofpossessionofaprivatekey,orforvalidationofeitherpublicorprivatekeys;seeISO/IEC11770-3forguidanceonsuchkeymanagementissues.TheasymmetricciphersthatarespecifiedinthispartofISO/IEC18033areindicatedinClause7.6.NOTEBriefly,theasymmetricciphersare:-ECIES-HC;PSEC-HC;ACE-HC:generichybridciphersbasedonElGamalencryption;-RSA-HC:agenerichybridcipherbasedontheRSAtransform;-RSAES:theOAEPpaddingschemeappliedtotheRSAtransform;-HIME(R):aschemebasedonthehardnessoffactoring.
