【摘要】:ThispartoftheIEC60870-5seriesspecifiesmethodsforconformancetestingoftelecontrolequipment,amongstSubstationAutomationSystems(SAS)andtelecontrolsystems,includingfront-endfunctionsofSCADA.TheuseofthispartofIEC60870-5facilitatesinteroperabilitybyprovidingastandardmethodoftestingprotocolimplementations,butitdoesnotguaranteeinteroperabilityofdevices.ItisexpectedthatusingthispartofIEC60870-5duringtestingwillminimizetheriskofnon-interoperability.ThegoalofthispartofIEC60870-5istoenableunambiguousandstandardisedevaluationofIEC60870-5companionstandardprotocolimplementations.TheguidelinesandconditionsforthetestingenvironmentaredescribedinthispartofIEC60870-5.Thedetailedtestcasespercompanionstandard,containingamongothersmandatoryandoptionalmandatorytestcasesperBasicApplicationFunction,ASDUandtransmissionprocedure,willbecomeavailableastechnicalspecifications(IEC60870-5-60x).Otherfunctionalitiesmayneedtestcases,butthisisbeyondthescopeofthispartofIEC60870-5.ThispartofIEC60870-5dealsmainlywithcommunicationconformancetesting;thereforeotherrequirements,suchassafetyorEMCarenotcovered.Theserequirementsarecoveredbyotherstandards(ifapplicable)andtheproofofcomplianceforthesetopicsshouldbedoneaccordingtothosestandards.
