【摘要】:ThispartofISO1328establishesasystemofaccuracyrelevanttoradialcompositedeviationsofindividualcylindricalinvolutegears.Itspecifiestheappropriatedefinitionsofgeartoothaccuracyterms,thestructureofthegearaccuracysystemandtheallowablevaluesoftheabovementioneddeviations.TheradialmeasurementaccuracysystemhasdifferentgraderangesthanelementalrangesinISO1328-1.Thediameterandmodulerangesforradialcompositedeviationsandrunoutarealsodifferent.Theradialcompositeaccuracysystemcomprises9accuracygradesforF"1orf"1ofwhichgrade4isthehighestandgrade12isthelowest.Themodulerangeextendsfrom0,2mmto10mmandthediameterrangefrom5,0mmto1000mm,seeclauses6and7.AnnexAgivestablesbasedontheformulaeinclause7.RunoutisdefinedinannexBandvaluesarenotgiveninthestandardfordeterminingaccuracygrade5.AnnexBprovidesinformationonrunoutforuseifagreeduponbetweenpurchaserandmanufacturer.
