【摘要】:ThispartofISO13562specifiesbasicteststoverifythestabilityofindustrialvariable-reachfork-lifttrucks.Itappliestoself-propelled,seatedrideroperated,counterbalancedindustrialvariable-reachfork-lifttrucks—withnon-slewingboomsorwithaslewingmovementnotgreaterthan5°eithersideofthelongitudinalcentreplaneofthetruck,—fittedwithforkarmsorload-handlingattachments,—withafixedorarticulatedchassis,—thatmayhavestabilizers,axle-lockingorframe-levellingdevices,and—withtwo-orfour-wheelorarticulatedsteeringsystems.ThispartofISO13562isnotapplicabletotheabovetruckswhentheyarehandlingsuspendedloadswhichmayswingfreely.

【摘要】:Thispracticeshallbeusedwhenultrasonicinspectionfromtheboresurfaceisrequiredbytheorderorspecificationforinspectionpurposesinwhichtheacceptanceoftheforgingisbasedonlimitationsofthenumber,amplitude,orlocationofdiscontinuitiesoracombinationthereof,whichleadstoultrasonicindications.Theacceptancecriteriashallbestatedclearlyasorderrequirements.Thispracticespecifiesdualsearchunits,whichdependingontheangle,aresensitiveonlyto2to3in.intothemetalfromtheboresurface.1.1Thispracticecoversabasicprocedureofultrasonicallyinspectingcylindricalforgingswithboresfromtheboresurface.1.2Thispracticeappliestothemanualtestingmode.Itdoesnotrestricttheuseofothertestingmodes,suchasmechanizedorautomated.1.3Thispracticeappliestocylindricalforgingshavingboresizesequaltoorgreaterthan2.5in.(63.5mm).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversiontoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
