【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardsetsoutthebasicmethodsforsamplingfinecoal,coalrejectsortailingsofnominaltopsize<4mmthatismixedwithwatertoformaslurry.Atveryhighratiosoffinesolidstowaterwhenthematerialassumesasoftplasticform,themixtureiscorrectlytermedapaste.SamplingofpastesisnotcoveredinthisInternationalStandard.TheproceduresdescribedinthisInternationalStandardprimarilyapplytosamplingofcoalthatistransportedinmovingstreamsasaslurry.Thesestreamscanfallfreelyorbeconfinedinpipes,launders,chutes,spiralsorsimilarchannels.Samplingofslurriesinstationarysituations,suchasasettledorevenawell-stirredslurryinatank,holdingvesselordam,isnotrecommendedandisnotcoveredinthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandarddescribesproceduresthataredesignedtoprovidesamplesrepresentativeoftheslurrysolidsandparticlesizedistributionoftheslurryunderexamination.Afterdrainingtheslurrysampleoffluidandmeasuringthefluidvolume,dampsamplesofthecontainedsolidsintheslurryareavailablefordrying(ifrequired)andmeasurementofoneormorecharacteristicsinanunbiasedmannerandwithaknowndegreeofprecision.Thecharacteristicsaremeasuredbychemicalanalysisorphysicaltestingorboth.Thesamplingmethodsdescribedareapplicabletoslurriesthatrequireinspectiontoverifycompliancewithproductspecifications,determinationofthevalueofacharacteristicasabasisforsettlementbetweentradingpartnersorestimationofasetofaveragecharacteristicsandvariancesthatdescribesasystemorprocedure.Providedflowratesarenottoohigh,thereferencemethodagainstwhichothersamplingproceduresarecomparedisonewheretheentirestreamisdivertedintoavesselforaspecifiedtimeorvolumeinterval.Thismethodcorrespondstothestopped-beltmethoddescribedinISO13909-2.
