【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceontheidentificationandcontrolofbusinessrelatedrisksencounteredwhenundertakingprojects.Itisapplicabletoawidespectrumofprojectorganizationsoperatingintheindustrial,commercialandpublicorvoluntarysectors.Itiswrittenforprojectsponsorsandprojectmanagers,eitherorbothofwhomarealmostalwaysresponsibletohigherlevelsofauthorityforoneormoreprojectsofvarioustypesandsizes.Itisintendedthatitsapplicationwillbeproportionaltothecircumstancesandneedsoftheparticularorganization.Thisstandardoffersgenericguidanceonlyanditisnotsuitableforcertificationorcontractualpurposes.Itisnotintendedasasubstituteforspecificstandardsthataddressriskassessmentindistinctapplications,suchashealthandsafety,orareasoftechnologicalrisk.NOTEThisstandardadvisesthatriskmanagementistreatedasanintegralpartofgoodmanagementpractice.Riskmanagementisaniterativeprocessconsistingofstepsthatenablecontinualimprovementindecisionmaking.Itseffectiveusedependsontheexperienceandjudgementofthepractitionersapplyingtheguidance,andnotsimplyonroutinelyfollowingthestepsoutlined.
