【摘要】:ThispartofEN10246specifiesrequirementsfortheultrasonictestingofstrip/plateusedinthemanufactureofweldedtubesforthedetectionoflaminarimperfections.Thestandardspecifiesacceptancelevelsandcalibrationprocedures.NOTE1:Inthecaseofweldedtube,analternativeultrasonictestingspecificationforthedetectionoflaminarimperfectionsisavailablewhichmaybeappliedatthemanufacturer'soptionbyultrasonictestingofthetubesubsequenttoseamweldinginaccordancewithEN10246-14.NOTE2:Atthediscretionofthemanufacturer,therequirementsofthispartofEN10246maybeappliedtofinishedsubmergedarcwelded(SAW)tubes.ThispartofEN10246isapplicabletotheinspectionofstrip/platewithathicknessgreaterthanorequalto4,0mm.EuropeanStandardEN10246,Non-destructivetestingofsteeltubes,comprisesthepartsshowninAnnexA.
